An online training programme on “Data Analysis Using MS Excel” was organized by Centre for Research, Innovation and Training (CRIT), IIS (deemed to be University), Jaipur. The event received an overwhelming response from all corners of the country and the number of registrations had exceeded the number that could be accommodated in one batch. In order to cater to all, it was decided to organize this programme in batches commencing on different dates. The training was conducted in five batches from 27 April, 2020 to 14 May, 2020. The total numbers of registrations were 804. The participants included academicians, professionals, industry experts, research scholars and students from various reputed institutions of India and abroad like Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, Association of Indian Universities (AIU), AiMS Global Pvt. Ltd, Singapore, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Osmania University, Hyderabad, Indian Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, etc. The training was focused on enhancing the analytical skills using MS Excel to promote quality research. The trainers for the programme were Dr. Sunita Arora, Governement College for Gilrs, Gurugram, Prof. C.R. Bishnoi, Dr. Shweta Kastiya, Dr. Neha Tiwari, Dr. Vandana Sachedeva, Dr. Amita Sharma and Ms. Yashasvi Pandey of IIS (deemed to be University), Jaipur. After the training, e certificates were also awarded to all the participants who have attended all the sessions.
